A hat tip to Political Granny, a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and fantastic blogger (She just so happens to be a Dr. Dan supporter too!) for posting this article detailing Dr. Eichenbaum’s positions on several key issues.

Will you vote to quickly secure our nation’s borders, for our national security and to maintain the U.S. as a sovereign nation?

Ronald Reagan reminded us that “A nation without borders is not a nation.” Yes, I would vote to immediately secure the US borders by dramatically increasing recruitment, training, and hiring of border patrol agents, construction of physical and electronic barriers, and using the National Guard as a stop gap measure. It is noteworthy that the entire region within a nuclear power plant fence is considered federal land and strongly guarded by federal deputized agents. If the US can successfully guard 103 nuclear power plants within the states, surely we can protect the borders of our country. [Read more here]

Please state your position on illegal immigration

A nation is not a nation without borders. It is essential for our security that we enforce the immigration laws as currently written and erect whatever barriers are necessary to prevent illegal aliens, drug smugglers, and terrorists from having unlimited entry to our country. [Read more]

Concerning the FairTax

Since the ratification of the 16th Amendment, I suppose there is no more frequent subject of discussion in Congress, in pubs, or around the American kitchen table as that of taxation. Who should pay; how much should be paid; when should the tax be paid; should the rates be the same for all or should it be progressive; should the poor pay none and the wealthy pay it all and on it goes for these past 97 years. Dr. Dan, you have my vote, but re-consider Iraq

I thought the debate was very good. FYI, I would like to pass on to you that Iraq was the right move. We did find WMD’s. The last yr. of GW Bush the U.S. ship 200,000lbs of “yellow cake” to Canada for disposale. I liked what I heard from you. I think 4 of the others lost a lot of point tonight. Kenny West was the only one the I think is still a challange. I look forward to more events and taking back “OUR SEAT”! Thank you. [Read more]
